What we do
Gardens built properly. Homes kept right.
Two sides of the same trade. As landscape gardeners, most of our work is outdoors, from a new patio or fence to a full garden makeover, and we also take on the exterior repairs that often need doing at the same time.
Landscaping & gardens
New patios and paths, fencing, turf and artificial grass, drainage, gravel, tree and hedge work, and full makeovers.
- 01 Patios & paths New patios and garden paths built on a proper base, plus lifting and relaying tired, sunken or uneven slabs.
- 02 Artificial grass Artificial lawns laid on a dug-out, compacted base with firm edging, tidy joins and good drainage, for shady, wet or busy gardens.
- 03 Turfing Old, patchy or uneven lawns stripped and replaced with fresh turf, laid on levelled, well-prepared topsoil.
- 04 Fencing New featheredge, panel and slatted fences with posts set in concrete, plus fence repairs after storms, from a single post to a full run.
- 05 Garden drainage French drains, soakaways and ground improvement for waterlogged lawns, heavy clay and gardens that stay wet long after the rain has stopped.
- 06 Gravel & bark Gravel driveways, decorative gravel and bark borders laid over a proper weed membrane, with edging to keep everything in place.
- 07 Garden makeovers & rockeries Tired or overgrown gardens cleared and rebuilt, combining lawns, paths, borders and fencing, plus new rockeries and reworked old ones.
- 08 Tree & hedge work Hedge cutting, trimming and reduction, plus pruning, topping and removing garden trees, with all the cuttings cleared and taken away.
Property maintenance
Exterior cleaning and painting, steps, brickwork, cement work and guttering. The repairs that stop small problems turning into big ones.
- 01 Pressure washing Pressure washing for driveways, patios, paths, steps and garden walls, with loose joints pointed out and put right afterwards.
- 02 Exterior painting Exterior wall painting for roughcast, harling, render and brick, with the walls washed and repaired before any paint goes on.
- 03 Step repairs & replacement Cracked, loose or crumbling steps repaired, or taken out and rebuilt, at the front door, back door and in the garden.
- 04 Brickwork repairs Repointing crumbling mortar, replacing damaged or flaking bricks, and repairing garden and boundary walls.
- 05 Cement work Concrete paths and shed bases, render repairs, pointing, filling and making good. All types of cement work, big or small.
- 06 Guttering Leaking, sagging or broken guttering and downpipes repaired, or taken down and replaced with a new system.
A recent job · Falkirk
Start to finish: a front path and driveway, put right
Real photos from a recent job in Falkirk. The slabs on the front path and driveway were lifted and relaid, and the tired old gravel was replaced with a weed membrane and fresh chips.

Lifting the old slabs
The existing slabs on the path and driveway came up first, ready to go back down level. Materials on site and the old gravel still to clear.

Relaid and level
The slabs went back down to give a clean, even path to the front door and a tidy driveway alongside.

Out with the old gravel
The old gravel was cleared and a weed membrane laid over the ground, so weeds stay under it rather than coming up through the new chips.

Fresh chips, finished
New decorative chips spread and raked level right across the front, finished neatly against the path and the borders.

Questions
Good to know
The questions we get asked most. Anything else, just call.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Alloa and cover Clackmannanshire, Stirling, Falkirk and North Lanarkshire. That includes towns such as Tullibody, Alva, Dollar, Bridge of Allan, Dunblane, Grangemouth, Larbert, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth. If you are not sure whether we cover you, just ask.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. Quotes are free and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for all the landscaping and property maintenance work we carry out.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the form on our contact page, call the office or send us a WhatsApp message. Tell us a little about the job and where you are, and we will arrange a time to come out.
What happens at the quote visit?
We come to your home, look at the job with you and talk through what you want. We check the ground, the access and anything that might affect the work, such as drainage. Afterwards we send you a clear written quote.
Do you tidy up and take the waste away?
Yes. We tidy up as we go and take away the old slabs, soil, turf, fencing and other waste from the job, so you are left with a finished garden, not a pile of rubble.
Can you do several jobs at once?
Yes, and it often makes sense. A new fence, a patio and a fresh lawn can all be planned and done together, which saves time and keeps the disruption to one visit. We will give you one clear quote covering everything.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We carry out garden tidy-ups, fencing, gutter repairs, exterior cleaning and other maintenance on rented properties, whether it is getting a garden ready between tenants or sorting a repair.
