Who we are

Featheredge Property Solutions is run by James McKenzie and based in Alloa. James has over 15 years’ experience in landscaping and property work. The business is registered in Scotland as a limited company, Featheredge Property Solutions Ltd.

We cover two kinds of work. The first is landscaping: new patios and paths, fencing, turf and artificial grass, drainage, gravel and bark, tree and hedge work and whole garden makeovers. The second is property maintenance: exterior cleaning and painting, steps, brickwork, cement work and guttering.

Why one firm for both

The two often go together. A new patio might need the steps to the back door sorted. A fence replacement might show up a garden wall that needs repointing. Having one firm that can do both means fewer people to organise and one point of contact for the whole job.

How we work

Every job starts with a visit so we can see the ground, check the access and understand what you want. You then get a clear, free quote with no obligation. When the work is done, we clear up and take the waste away.

We work for homeowners, landlords and letting agents across Clackmannanshire, Stirling, Falkirk and North Lanarkshire.
